Just going to try this thing out. I am currently going through an appeal/member grievance process w/ BCBS re: my right knee patellar ACI surgery. I am overnighting everything to them tomorrow, and they have 30 days from receipt of getting it to give me an answer. *Fingers crossed* that it'll be less than 30 days for them to decide AND that they'll decide in my favor and grant me the authorization to get the surgery.
I just want me normal (ok semi-normal) life back.
